Rent Collection

We find a tenant and deal with all necessary paperwork, collect the rent and forward it to the landlord. A service for those landlords who are perhaps local and want a “hands on” approach to maintaining their property.

Let Only

A service often chosen by a ‘professional’ landlord who knows all the legal requirements of letting a property and just need us to find a tenant.

Advise likely rental income & general advice on letting
Market the property to let including major national websites & conduct viewings and negotiations etc
Interview prospective tenants &  carry out referencing, including guarantors where necessary
Preparation and signing of tenancy agreement & necessary legal notices
Collection of first month's rent along with the agreed security deposit
Arrange comprehensive inventory to include colour photographs, carried out by independent company
Arrange necessary safety checks including Gas Safety Certificate & Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report
